The 'GUIDE HUBERT ' was created in 1979, is the voice of products terroirs of France and restaurateurs expressing their talent in the choice of products, the dexterity of their preparation, the accuracy of cooking and the artistic side of the display. On June 20, during the 'Bulles Expo Paris' Exhibition in Parc Floral (Paris), was held the Press Conference introducing the new 'Guide Hubert Millésime 2016' rewarding also 42 of the most creative Great Chefs with the "Assiette d'Or Guide Hubert 2016'.
After 38 years dedicated to highlighting all this wonderful energy, the 'GUIDE HUBERT' had the duty to encourage - with a specific distinction- all those professional, by creating an Award. So, was created 'L'Assiette d'Or Guide Hubert'. This first Edition distinguished 42 Chefs - in majority very young - from 1,700 tables selected. This Trophy awards specially the 'Grands Chefs the most creative'.
